***NEW Winter Workout Schedule




Good Evening,
We have some important updates regarding the Winter Workout schedule. The new schedule is as follows:
Monday January 13- 6:00-7:30pm 10U, 7:30-9:00pm 16U
Tuesday January 21- 6:00-7:30pm 12U, 7:30-9:00pm 19U
Monday January 27 - 6:00-7:30pm 8U, 7:30-9:00pm 14U
Monday February 3 - 6:00-7:30pm 10U, 7:30-9:00pm 16U
Tuesday February 4 - 6:00-7:30pm 12U, 7:30-9:00pm 19U
Monday February 10 - 6:00-7:30pm 8U, 7:30-9:00pm 14U
Tuesday February 18 - 6:00-7:30pm 10U, 7:30-9:00pm 16U
Monday February 24- 6:00-7:30pm 12U, 7:30-9:00pm 19U
Please note, regardless of where your child has played previously, they must practice in the division they registered for
based on their age, as they will be assessed with their proper division. If a player arrives for a practice in a division they
are not registered in, they will not be permitted to enter the gym.
We also have the gym every Saturday thru the end of March with the exception of the following dates: January 11 th and
February 8 th . Pitcher and Catcher specific workouts will be moved to these dates. You may come to any session available,
but please intend to stay for the duration of the workout. These sessions are not division specific. Those session times
are as follows:
8:00AM-10:00AM
10:00AM-12:00PM
12:00PM-2:00PM
